Jeffrey Robert Gable, 65, of Pompano Beach, Florida and Forest Hills, New York, died unexpectedly in his sleep of natural causes on May 26, 2022. He was born February 18, 1957 in Brookline, MA; the son of the late Robert and Jeanne Gable. He grew up in Andover, MA and graduated from Andover High School in 1975. He received his associate degree from Cape Cod Community College. Following graduation, he moved to New York City where he spent his professional career working for A & E Stores, Inc. which operated the women’s retail chains Strawberry and Bolton’s. He retired from his position of Merchandising Manager in 2017.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his twin brother, David. Jeffrey is survived by his sister Ellen, her fiancé Paul van Beuren, his nieces, Jessica, Elizabeth and Madaline George, and his nephew, Tryan George. Jeff loved to travel, spend time with dear friends, and was enjoying his retirement in Florida.
